Yes, Jane is happy to redesign and create a new piece of jewellery from your old jewellery, in some cases new metal or gemstones may need to be added.
In most cases your wedding and engagement ring should be the same alloy to avoid the metal wearing away. If you are confused about which would be best for you please do get in touch and Jane will happily steer you in the right direction.
All Jane Harrison Jewellery is hallmarked accordingly at Edinburgh Assay Office.
Jane is happy to provide engraving for bespoke or collection pieces but can not engrave your own jewellery.
Over time your jewellery will change dependant on wear, your polished ring may dull and a matt finish may become more polished. These finishes can be re-applied- if you like a piece refinished please do get in touch.
Most high street jewellers rhodium plate white gold giving it the bright white finish, naturally white gold does have a warmer yellow tone and when the rhodium plating wears the true colour of the white gold is exposed. It is recommended that you should have your rings re-rhodiummed every 6-12 months dependant on wear. Jane will always give you the option of rhodium plating when creating a bespok design.
