All made to order and bespoke orders are final and are non returnable, this is also applies to all sale items (discounted). We will accept return requests on ready to ship items within 7 days of purchase.
We take great care when packing your orders to ensure they arrive with you safely. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item please follow our returns procedure.
Bespoke Returns Policy
As bespoke pieces are made to order we do require a 50% deposit when a design is agreed upon. This is non-refundable, the remaining balance is then required on completion of the piece.
Please make sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order arrived damaged please ensure to attach a clear photo of the item so we can validate the return. Please not if this is not included and not sent within the 24 hour timescale we may not be able to honour the return or replacement.
When the return request is approved we will establish whether we will repair or replace the item.
Customers are responsible for the return of items, we advise sending items using a trackable and insured service. We ask that you return items in original packaging, in the condition it arrived.
When the item has been received and inspected we will advise on next steps. We reserve the right to offer a refund you in store credit or original payment method. If you qualify for a refund this will be processed right away but please allow 5 working days for it to appear in your account. If we are unable to grant a refund we will be in touch.
Item Looks Different to Product Photo - All our items are handcrafted so small differences are unavoidable and are to be expected.
Sometimes with our rings a change in size can alter the look.
We do what we can to ensure you are happy with your piece and it is accurately represented on the website. If you are not satisfied please do get in touch and we will try to help you.
If you ordered the wrong size don't worry, we can resize this for you.
If the item has been worn and breaks due to a defect in material or manufacture we will of course repair or replace. If it is caused by accidental damage we are unable to replace, but we can repair but a cost may be incurred.
Only our fully priced ready to ship items (excluding earrings) are eligible for exchange. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of purchase- you can email an exchange request to email@example.com. If the request is accepted you are able to swap for an item/ items of the same price or add to the original value. We cannot offer store credit on exchanges.
Shipping within UK - Our ready to ship items are sent Royal Mail Next day Special which is an insured and trackable service.
Bespoke items and Made to Order pieces can be sent Royal Mail Next Day special or DHL by request.
Shipping within EU- DHL aims to deliver the items within 3-5 working days.
Shipping to USA- DHL DHL aims to deliver the item within 3-5 working days.
Shipping to all other destinations- DHL aims to deliver the item in 5-12 working days.
We ship using Royal Mail within the UK, all other destinations are sent by DHL.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shipping times are dependant on the delivering party and the customs procedures in your country. Any duty or custom charges resulting from your purchases are your responsibility. If required DHL will contact you directly to collect these charges upon delivery.
Please refer to your own country's import policy before ordering.
We offer a one year warranty on all our pieces, this covers the manufacture but it does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage.
We are happy to checkover your piece periodically to ensure it will always look its best.
Any work completed on the piece by a third party will void this warranty. If you have any questions about our warranty policy or your order please do get in touch.
