The Compass programme focuses on offering support to craft makers looking to progress with their business and practice part of this was a residential at the beautiful Hospitalfields. This week was jam packed of learning- from workshops about finance and the structure of a business to personality testing and a networking evening but the less said about that the better.
This week brought clarity to my practice and gave me time to reflect on how far I have come but I still I have so much to do and I hope that there will always be a space for me to explore and create.
We returned to Hospitalfields last week for our last time as a cohort and it was a pleasure to see what everyone was planning for their business and was a great moment to reflect on what we had achieved since our first visit.
